Comıssıon Information
By commissioning me, you agree to the following;
ToS information and changes are different for my Turkish and other cauntry clients so the changes I made on them doesnt effect each other.

You will provide as much info as necessary regarding intended project usage and agree to discuss additional uses or changes with me, the artist, before project start.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
My work is for personal or private use only, meaning I do not allow my art to be used for unauthorized commercial purposes or profit unless commercial usage is specifically agreed upon ordering.

As the artist I still mantain all and absolute rights to my works; this includes publishing the work on my socials, adding it as a part of my portfolio, including the work in artbooks and editorial projects, unless otherwise agreed with the client. I may monetize the commission in any which way I deem fit.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Neither commissioner nor anyone else is allowed to edit, trace, copy from the drawing in any way, including the use of the artwork as a "base" or remove the watermark from the finished product.
You're not allowed to claim my art as your own, even in the case of a paid commission.

Credits to me (©vacnuo; the artist) or a link going back to one of my socials must be explicitly given anytime the art is showcased.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------No one is allowed to mint my artwork as a NFT (Non Fungible Token); My art, whether commissioned, pre-existing or merchandise work, can not be minted into an NFT by commissioner nor anyone else.

Payment
Totaling above 100$, payments may be split, with 50% due up front and 50% due upon sketch approval or first work in progress.
Refunds
Once work has begun on the project, I cannot offer a refund under normal circumstances.

If a project cannot be completed due to incapacitation of the artist, the client will be offered a refund.

The client agrees not to file a chargeback without first contacting me.

Complete projects are non-refundable.

Active Project
I reserve the right to stream the progress and to post on social media.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------In case of a delay, I will contact the client to discuss the new scope and schedule.

I will send you updates throughout the project.

If the client fails to respond to feedback/revision requests within 4 days, I reserve the right to continue with the project.

Continuous non-communication of two weeks will result in the project to be considered finished in its current state and will be sent to the client.

Communication
I am not in charge of sending WIP's unless asked for or I feel the need to.

Rude/disrespectful/abusive commissioners will have their commission immediately cancelled with a refund based on how much of the artwork was completed.

If you would like to see a WIP of your commission please don't hesitate to ask.

There is no limit per order for extra WIPs. But please consider that it costs me extra time to pause work and wait for your feedback.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------The sketch phase is your chance to tell me what you want changed: expressions, details, pose, etc. Please don't be shy if something really doesn't sit well with you. I do my best to capture the character's personality based on the information I got.

Project Delivery and Revision
Once the artwork is finished I can do small changes such as color adjustments and/or adding tiny details I may have forgotten.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I will only make changes to the final piece if it was an error on my part (i.e. I missed a detail that you had provided in the order).

Revision requests made after this period will be considered an “upgrade” project and will be processed and scheduled as such.

The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow. I will not redraw commissions unless payment is sent for a second order.

If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee. Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.
Usage Rights and Credits
I reserve the right to post completed projects or making progress to my website and social media accounts.

The client must appropriately credit me, the artist, on all social media and streaming platforms where project deliverables are used.

Terms of Service Changes
I may choose to revise these terms from time to time at any point.

These changes are retroactive with completed projects and past clients in regards to usage rights and credits, and clients will be contacted if such updates are made.

If changes are made affecting the project process, I will only notify clients with active projects.

By continuing to use my art, the client agrees to be bound by the revised Terms.

Eğer müşteriyle bu konular üzerinde tam tersi yönünde anlaşmadıysak. Komisyondan uygun gördüğüm herhangi bir şekilde para kazanabilirim.

Ödeme
100 TL' nin üstündeki işler için %50 iş başlamadan ön ödeme olarak ve diğer %50 iş başladıktan sonra - sketch onaylandıktan sonra bana ödenir

Gerİ Ödeme
Projeye çalışmaya başlayınca, normal şartlarda geri ödeme yapmıyorum.Sanatçının yetersizliği nedeniyle bir proje tamamlanamıyorsa, müşteriye geri ödeme yapılır.

Müşteri, önce benimle iletişime geçmeden ters ibrazda bulunmamayı kabul eder.

Bitmiş işlerin geri ödemesi yapılmaz.

Aktİf Projeler
Yaptığım işlerin yapılış süreçlerini yayınlayabilir ve sosyal medya platformlarımda paylaşabilirim.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------İşin bitişinde gecikme olması halinde işi veren kişiyle zamanlama konusunda tekrardan bir düzenleme yaparız.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Çalışma boyunca gelişmeleri sizinle paylaşacağım.

Eğer müşteri 4 gün içinde revizyon/geri dönüş yapmazsa, işe devam etme hakkım vardır.

İletişimsiz 2 hafta süren projeler oldukları halleriyle bitmiş olarak kabul edilir ve müşteriye gönderilir.

İletİşİm
Benden istenilmediği sürece size sketch-çalışma durumumu göndermek zorunda değilim.

Kaba/saygısız/küfürlü komisyonculara sanat eserinin ne kadarının tamamlandığına bağlı olarak geri ödeme ile komisyonlarını derhal iptal ettireceklerdir.

Eğer komisyonun aşamalarını (sketch vb.) görmek istiyorsan sormaktan çekinme.

Çizimin gelişim aşamalarını göstermemde bir limit yok ama size gönderirken işimi durdurmam gerektiğini ve sizden geri dönüş beklememin ekstra zamanıma mal olduğunu unutmayınız.

Skech aşamasında bana değişmesini istediğiniz yerleri söylemelisiniz, yüz ifadesi - detaylar - poz vb. bana söylediğiniz şeylere göre çizim yapıyorum bu nedenle fikirlerinizi söylemekten çekinmeyiniz.

Proje Teslİmİ ve Revİzyon
Çizim bittiğinde renk düzenlemesi, unuttuğum küçük detayları eklemek gibi değişiklikler yapabilirim.

Final çizimde eğer hata benimse değişiklik yaparım (mesela siparişi verirken belirtmişsiniz ama atlamışım - unutmuşum)

Bu süreçten sonra bir istekte bulunursanız ''geliştirme'' olarak kabul edilecek ve yeniden aşamalardan geçecek zaman belirlenecek vb.

Takip etmemi-uygulamamı istediğiniz detayları siparişi verirken belirtmemeniz benim sorumluluğumda değildir. İkinci bir sipariş oluşturmadığınız sürece komisyonları tekrardan çizmem.

Eğer referansın başından beri belirsizse, küçük değişiklikleri ekstra ücret olmadan yaptıramazsınız. Siparişi verirken hedeflediğiniz şeyde açık ve anlaşılır olun.

Kullanım Hakları ve Kredİts
Biten veya üstünde çalıştığım projeleri sosyal medya hesaplarımda paylaşmaya hakkım var.Müşteri bana, sanatçıya, projeyi paylaştığı yerlerde uygun şekide kredits vermeli.

Bu kullanım koşullarını seçtiğim bir zamanda revize edebilirim.

Bu değişiklikler bitmiş projelere geriye dönüktür ve eski müşterilere kullanım koşulları ve kredits ile ilgili bir değişiklik yapıldığında iletişime geçilecektir.

Eğer değişimler projenin gidişatını etkiliyorsa, sadece aktif projelerdeki müşterileri bilgilendiririm.

Çizimimi kullanmaya devam ederek, müşteri Kullanım Şartlarının revize edilmesini kabul ediyor demektir.
